Launch your first campaign
A campaign always follows the same thread: you define a target, you gather prospects, you write a sequence of messages, then you launch. Here is how to chain these steps together.
Before you start
Step 1: Define the target
- Open the Targets section and create a new target.
- Describe your ideal customer precisely: industry, size, geographic area, contact role. The sharper the target, the more relevant the generated messages will be.
Step 2: Gather prospects
- Import your prospects (CSV file) or use automatic sourcing to let the platform enrich your target.
- Check the data quality: a valid email address and a correct company name are the minimum for a good send.
Step 3: Build the sequence
- Create a mission or a sequence attached to the target.
- Define the steps: a first message, then one or two follow-ups spaced a few days apart.
- Let the AI write a personalized first draft, then proofread and adjust the tone. Keep messages short and concrete.
Step 4: Launch
- Check the sending channel, the daily volume, and the schedule.
- Start with a small volume (a few dozen messages per day) while you validate deliverability.
- Launch the campaign. Replies flow into the inbox and are analyzed automatically.
After the launch
- Track your open, reply, and meeting rates.
- Handle positive replies quickly: responsiveness matters.
- Adjust the target, the hook, or the volume based on the results.
