Create an Anthropic API key (Claude)
The platform works on a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) basis: you provide your own Anthropic key and AI costs are billed to you directly by Anthropic, with no markup. Here is how to get that key in a few minutes.
Steps
- Go to console.anthropic.com and create an account (or sign in).
- Add credit in Billing > Plans & Billing. Anthropic works on prepayment: without credit, keys return nothing. An initial top-up of 5 to 20 € is more than enough to get started.
- Open the API Keys section from the left-hand menu.
- Click Create Key, give it a descriptive name (for example "outreach"), then confirm.
- Copy the displayed key immediately: it starts with
sk-ant-and is only shown once.
Connect the key in the app
- In the platform, open Settings > AI Key.
- Select the Anthropic (Claude) provider.
- Paste the
sk-ant-...key, then save. The key is encrypted and attached to your workspace.
About credit and cost
- You only pay for what you use, on a usage basis (per thousands of tokens), directly to Anthropic.
- Generating an outreach email usually costs a few cents. Keep an eye on your balance in the console to avoid an interruption.
- You can set a monthly spending limit in Anthropic's billing settings to stay in control.
